Okay que the Iffyvision pics this is the final version of the frames ....just a little tidy up and tgebits at back the of ears to add ...then its on with the flesh

are you sick...........?????? there are no medals on this figure and that's for you almost a must......LOL
Thanks for concern ...lol......no actual medals on bust but I reworked the cast ribbon bar so he has 2 ribbons and a MID ( mentioned in dispatches ) laurel leaf , ribbons are DSO and Africa Army Star with Service in 8th Army (tiny '8' on ribbon ....on full medal below it's the bar )
Ribbons are first and 3rd from the left as you look in full set picture

Currently finished the torso on the bust ..today it's the flesh on the one bound for Belgium .....all being well

Going to use acetate carefully cut out by SWMBO , "if" any gaps should be able to use Krystal Klear to infil

the hair and glasses are very very beautiful done Kev, I recognize my grandfather absolute now

Ye Hah!! ....that's the effect I wanted ......final bits today on the flesh otherwise there's a risk of overworking it
Need to tidy up a little on collar then the jkt ...and nameplate and finished ....
Oh yes mustn't forget those lens !

Flesh done , lens in place and sealed in ......only took 11 attempts to cut shape fro acetate with my banana fingers ! ( they aren't perfect but don't think my blood pressure could take any more ...lol )
Going to repaint lens frames again then the jkt
