"Gnome Barbarians" - Enigma 54mm vignette

I recently finished up two Enigma 54mm figures and decided to do a vignette with both on the same base. I did some changes to the figures

Added standard I made
Moved and repositioned rear figure's head
Mixed the equipment up with both figures
Added hair to the front of the front figure.

All painted with acrylics.

Its a well executed piece but I must say, too me it makes it look a little strange even after the changes to have more or less the same guy.

The likeness wouldnt be a problem if they didnt have the same pose.

However its a great piece.
