A Fixture
Just started the Pegaso footballer-not the real game but the US version Grad gift for my son, painted in OSU Buckeye colours.
I'm looking for some advice/opinion on the following
Has anyone any thoughts on painting the inside of a mouth? I've started with a base of Alizarin Crimson and Winsor Violet. Shaded with the base plus a little Burnt Umber and then deep shaded with Winsor Violet and Burnt Umber. Highlighted with Titanium White.
I painted the teeth with the deep shade and then picked them out with Titanium and blended. When dry, I plan to give the teeth a slight yellow wash and then again highlight the teeth with Titanium White.
The player is African American and so I plan to represent the skin tone as a warm dark brown/black. From past forum discussions I have a few mixes for this but I was wondering what a good undercoat would be (tan, mustard)?
Thanks
Paul
