Great start!

Hi Andy!

is undoubtedly an identical reproduction of Leutnant Kroll.
Fantastic sculpt Andy!

Andy, the first thing that struck me looking at the bust was the sloping shoulders, where Kroll's are relatively flat; even allowing for changes in pose the angle between the top of the pocket and the epaulette should be pretty consistent.

On the face/head, the basic likeness is there and it certainly looks believable but Kroll looks to have quite a flat face and the sculpt appears to be longer and narrower; although it doesn't look it in the front pic in the 3/4 view it looks like the face curves backwards quite a bit. The earlobes could be filled out a bit too.

On the uniform, compared to the reference photo the collar looks to be too shallow, specially at the front, as well as being a little tight to the jawline - looks like we should be able to see the shirt peeking out at the throat, viewing straight on. Also the button flap (?) is one-and-a-bit nose widths in the photo, looks to be less than the width of the nose on the sculpt.

Hope it helps.
