Just finished these up this evening and here are some preliminary photos. Bases are to be left plain until a base I've commissioned is finished and will utilize like material for ground cover at that point. Cannot hold a candle to Guy's current efforts I'm afraid, but overall feel pretty pleased with how these came out.

Excellent work Dave. Don't worry about holding a candle next to mine, you have your own style and can hold your candle as well. I am looking forward to seeing your figures mounted to the base.

Hey, thanks Guy. I appreciate this coming from you. Have been a fan of your work since I saw the box art on the as yet unattempted 120 mm Sioux rider from Lost Bn a long time ago. :D

look at the eyes closer. the color of the eyes needs to be a bit larger and you need to paint the liner on the underside and upper side of the lids. This will make a huge difference in a fantastic start for your scene. great work so far.

Thanks for the encouragement Gordy, Marc and Mike. And Mike, I think you are absolutely correct about the current appearance of the eyes and lids. Funny how the camera and my own eyeballs see things so differently some times. Definitely want to go back and make some slight modifications here.
