WIP Copper State Models 1/35 Ehrhardt Armoured car & crew

Wow! I had my eye on this Copper State vehicle and seeing your fantastic work will make me go for it... Well done. I think there are also some 3D printed/resin Ehrhardt accessories produced by CSM. I'm not into WWI so I have no clue of those are necessary for the build. Anyway, I love the way...

Review modelling and painting ww1 allied figures by Mike Butler

I've been a fan of your style for a long time Mike. I found the book at Blackwells and will be getting my copy soon. Well done and thank you again for what seems to be a magnificent book, Mario

Video Review Airborne Miniatures U.S. Special Forces resin figure

Great review, thanks! The figure looks amazing and at 1/9 scale you really can see every detail sculpted. I know what you mean about 1/35 scale figures from Airborne Miniatures... a lot of tiny parts. But once assembled, one can immediately tell it was well worth the extra effort. Mario

    Wooden display bases?

Thank you for your response. I contacted couple of companies from UK, but they don't ship outside UK anymore... :( I don't think Oakwood was among them though, so I'll send Richard an email. Thanks! Mario

    Wooden display bases?

Where do you guys get your wooden display bases from? I used to shop with woodenbases.co.uk. Nicely veneered and with green felt on the bottom, these bases were perfect to display my models. However, as far as I know, Derek is no longer in business. So I'm looking for alternatives... not just...

Help with DCU 3 colour painting

I can't find the figures in my stash at the moment to be completely sure. Here is a vignette made by the sculptor of this figure, who painted the figure in MARPAT: The complete vignette can be seen here: https://en.diorama.ru/gallery/dioramas/3837/ Hope it helps, Mario

Help with DCU 3 colour painting

DCU and MARPAT pants do not have the same design. If I remember correctly, this figure wears Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform (MCCUU) in MARPAT, and not Desert Combat Uniform in 3-color pattern. Mario

Maurice Corry's SAS Task Force Black image?

Thanks Andrew, but it is not the same figure... The one you posted is a newer version of the Task Force Black figure which was produced by Mitches Military Models. Mario

Maurice Corry's SAS Task Force Black image?

Yeah, I do remember he didn't do box art. Most of the figures back then were shipped in a plain cardboard boxes. But I remember seeing the photos with which he promoted the figure. I ordered the figure based on the photo... The same photo I posted here, but the image was of course larger...

Maurice Corry's SAS Task Force Black image?

OK, this is what I managed to find... apparently the master was sold to Foxwood Figures: Foxwood Figures 1-16th/120mm British SAS Operation Black, Iraq 2005 resin kit | #1778633644 (worthpoint.com) Mario

Maurice Corry's SAS Task Force Black image?

Thank you! Are there any box art photos for the figure? Mario

Maurice Corry's SAS Task Force Black image?

Yes, I can understand the confusion as the image is super small... but it is a modern SAS Task Force Black operative. Cheers, Mario

Maurice Corry's SAS Task Force Black image?

It was one of the figures released under his own name, but as far as I know it is no longer available... it is a 120mm scale figure and the only image I can find on-line is this wee photo. Is there anyone who can share more photos of the figure? Unpainted preferably. Thanks, Mario
