Hi Steve Yes, the figure was a challange and fought every step of the way. In the end I used quite a bit of filler and Mr surfacer and painted in a style that helped to disguise the floors in the miniature. It was worth it in the end, but a lot more work than I expected.

I have just returned to the hobby after a few years break. Here is my take on scale 75's fearsome Japanese officer. I wanted to get across the steamy jungle feel with dirt and sweat to break up the plain uniform. Its a great miniature, very dynamic and quite unusual.

Had a bit of fun kit bashing a Warhammer 40K dreadnought with a panther kit (more of the panther visable from the rear. I'll call this ' Eisen Verkleidet Jugend - Fuhrerbunker May 1945' . Its in 1/72 scale.
