Very nice. I have a soft spot for Imperial Gallery Falklands figures and this one has it all... powerful pose, big bergen and an extremely cool rifle.

Well done, you have made it justice. One question; is the weapon cast in white metal?

Carl, Great DPM and '58 Pattern webbing mate - you nailed it. Re the beret however and it may be the flash effect, but it looks a bit too "red" in the pics for AB Forces maroon? Be good to see you at Darlington mate and buy you that pint for the pilot bust.

Cracking job Carl on the painting, having seen this one in the flesh I can confirm the beret is right, just the camera showing a red colour.

People get put off by having to paint tartan but for me accurate camo' is the big test. You really got it spot on with this one.

Nice one Carl the camo is very good mate ... I did one of these about 15 years ago in snow camo breaking through ice , its still knocking around somewhere .

Looks great. The maurice Corry Para officer I did had the same red colour of beret in the photos but it was defo maroon. Obviously the camera loves putting more red in there.
