me too. However, I have seen some amazing results using the non-metalic-metal (NMM) process using citadels snakebite leather and vallejos english uniform. Highlight with japanese uniform mixed with light grey. Shadows with violet brown red and black. Pure white accentuating points of light.

ah - found what I want. Looks like vallejo Orange-red with light orange then yellow highlights will fit the bill. With a touch of chestnut wash in the shaded areas.

Great work so far. Now, if you can model an explosion nearby (perhaps with some acrylic resin and some of that fake smoke) and light the model from the explosion...:cool: .
