Gents,
Here is a new Pegaso 54mm figure I just started. Next to it is the boxart by P.Belloni,... if I gan get even close to such quality I will be happy ;) So far I am finishing the metalics, ...and this is my first ever figure that I started without doing the face first. Will see how it goes.
Tony,
I know this is "your " scale :)
He is "clean"... I figured since he is Saxon nobility he would take care of his clothing and weapons. I did not go for the "campaign" look but rather a ceremonial occasion.
He footwear is weathered a bit to show normal wear damage.
Cheers,
A.
Rocky,
I used a pure orange acrylic base with a series of progressively darker washes, highlited it with almost yellow orange and then blended everything with a coat of burnt sienna.

Gents,
This is a Warriors 1:9th scale resin figure I finished a while back.
Due to his size I had hard time catching him within the lens.
Painted with acrylics, printer inks (metals) and oils (flesh).
Cheers,
A.

Thanks guys.
Jay,
Hope to have him placed next to an early war softskin or just within a small vignette.
Here is the progress on the face and some details.
Gents,
Have very little time recently to paint :(
Here is a quick update of my another "oldie" in progress. Figure is from Chota Sahib I believe with a Verlinden head. So far only the pants and bottom of the jacket are finished. Base camo and facial tones are also painted. All painted with...
Lennart,
Not bad for first time :) Trick is not to get discouraged ;)
Your next figure will be even better and there is no better place to learn about sculpting but this site.
Cheers,
A.
