    My Daughters Project

Thanks for the comments. She really seemed to enjoy this project. I enjoyed watching it progress and answering any questions she had. She plans on doing another one, however school starts in a few days and the free time won't be as abundant. Thanks again, Rusty

    Phantom and Hospitaller

Thanks gentlemen for the comments. I too like the knight much more than the phantom. I did the phantom first and it wasn't as nice of a figure as the knight. A well sculpted figure sure is easier to paint.

    Andrea Pirate

This is Andrea's 54mm figure. It is the first figure I have painted in close to a year. I see some things I can improve on, but it sure feels good to sit down and paint something. Please let me know anything you see that could use improvement. It feels like I am starting over again. If you have...

    Chasseur d'Afrique 1854, Finished

Joe Hudson gave this figure to me to paint. He thought I should paint a formal uniform. It was a lot of fun to paint. I have very little experience with blue and yellow. It was an interesting learning curve. Let me know if you see anything that needs addressed. Thanks, Rusty

    Chasseur d'Afrique, Crimea 1854

Here is an update on this figure. I adjusted the color of the jacket. I am far from done with it I need to clean it up a bit. Let me know what you think. Mike the box art piece I have for this figure is the much darker than yours, that is what I used for my initial reference. I am not sure why...

Mike & Paul, thanks for the response. It looks like I got the blue wrong. I will have to fix that. Paul, I will go with the yellow on the collar. I will work the jacket this weekend and post again. Thanks, Rusty
