Nevermind - I see they have some starting prices in the catalogue. You can pick up a shako starting at about 5000 euro. Top end looks to be around 30,000 Euro. Yikes.

John, PS Elements will allow you to resize the image by dimensions, pixels, or pixels/inch. It allows many other properties to be changed as well (colour, contrast, gamma, sharpness, etc...) Here's the PS Elements website: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/

Thanks for the advice Einion and Magister, Einoin, you make an excellent point regarding not loading acrylics onto dry brush. If a natural bristle brush is already saturated, it can't soak up any more water, so after a point, you're right, it can't be responsible for the brush drying out...

Also, keep in mind that if you have a recently purchased digital camera or are planning to get one soon, that it will come with photo editing software. My copy of Photoshop Elements came with my camera.
