I made an incorrect comment about the chemical detection arm band. IT was the 101st Abn. Div. that wore the arm band. Sorry for the confusion I may have caused. Nick

Very nice job! The chemical detection band on the right sleeve was worn mostly by the troops of the 82nd Abn. Div. If you copied a picture of a 101st Abn. Div. trooper, you will have no complaints. Good luck on a great bust! Nick

Mobo, Nap, and Ken thanks for your comments! Kevindunne. The series 77 figure is a U.S. Infantryman of the Vietnam War. I am doing the Special Forces version now. I had already done the regular infantry version. I think I have the complete "American Series" figures.

A 1/10 bust from Galapagos Miniatures. Really enjoyed painting this one also. I found an old Series 77 Vietnam figure that I missed, so I guess that is next up!

I finished the last lady in this series of busts. No pun intended! :) A fun little project to do and highly recommend doing if you need a change of subject to paint.

In 2010 I made a 4th Marine Raider kit. He was crossing a stream like in the picture. A week ago I converted the kit and added the Boys Rifle. It is 120 mm scale.

Two years ago our Daughter's attached garage caught fire from a temporary heater. Fortunately the Fireman were able to save the house. It took over a year to complete all the repairs. I had this bust from Special Ops Models that I purchased from Andy Meyers years ago. I decided to paint it...
