In 2010 I made a 4th Marine Raider kit. He was crossing a stream like in the picture. A week ago I converted the kit and added the Boys Rifle. It is 120 mm scale.

It's interesting.
IMHO the cut feet would have more meaning in a diorama than in single figures.;)

Thanks everyone for your comments and "Likes"! Wishing you all a great day. Snowing here in Minnesota! :(

Nice figure & great rendition of the USMC camo scheme, Nick - I never knew the Marines used the Boys A/T rifle.
I can remember my Dad telling me from his WW2 infantry training that it was the weapon that scared him the most - the recoil from it could break your shoulder, & even firing a few rounds would leave you bruised for days.

Hi Nick

Catching up a bit , nice figure , camo scares the life out of me yours looks good , like the presentation as well ....certainly learnt about weapons used like the AT Boys and great to have a reference picture with it

Why not enter something in the class of your choice in FOTM , maybe also into the Vignette & Diorama comp , please take the time to consider and also do vote as well

Thanks for sharing

Look forward to the next thread

Happy benchtime
