We are sorry but The Sentry Models and Hobbies is unable :( to host the regular 2nd Tuesday of the month meeting of Toronto area figuristas. In addition, we will be on vacation in July, so no July meet as well, although the shop will be open.

Further to the above photo- Roy, one modification I did was- I felt that the eyes were too deeply inset (i.e. the eyeballs) so I filled them in slightly with small lozenges of miliput.
Now I should be inspired to finish this piece!!

This was fun to paint- so far, however, my problem, as I've mentioned before, is that I will go so far with a fig and then my attention will be caught by another and so on. I have about two dozen figs in various stages...

I remember Lasset figs from the mid-70's. I bought a couple at Coy Bros. Hardware In St. Catherines Ontario. They were ok for the times, but were thin Quxotic-like figures with long pinched faces and soldered to thin tin plates
