Hi guys,

Recently purchased this one sculpted by Philippe Pairson (Uribull here on Planet Figure)Philippe is very approachable and the bust arrived in good time.

In the box you get eight beautifully cast grey resin pieces, a colour reference sheet and a pedestal to put the bust on.



The excellent sculpting is complimented by superb casting.

The face has a wonderful character to it very tired and worn out, the uniform and helmet are well sculpted and show the the hodge podge of equipment the French army was issued during the war in Indochina.






All in all as my first purchase from Philippe I am very impressed with the quality of the sculpting and casting. As well as the excellent service he provided. I would certainly buy from him again.

An interesting piece of a very much missed period of history full of potential sculpts ....really like the way it was presented , especially the colour references nice touch .

Did you mount the helmet first to the head and then ,the straps.? I just received mine and went right to work on it.
