This is a 1/6 Chindit bust 3D printed from Scale Collectables, converted into a full figure as a commission for a certain young man.
I'm still trying to figure out why I took this on, as it has been a monster of a build & paint, but I did and had to see it through, all finished now apart from some varnish to be applied to the base.
He stands at a full 12 inches high/300mm without his base and took more than a few packs of milliput to sculpt and build.
Painted mostly in oils with some enamels etc

Cheers

Hi Jim,
I see you are continuing to keep the Milliput company in business.
Your latest work is most prosthetically pleasing.
Superb sculpting, painting and presentation.

Cheers,
Andrew

Wow, that is a fantastic figure and I love what you have done to my base bust. If you can send me some pics against a blank background I will add him into the Scale Collectables April competition

That is utterly brilliant, not just sculpting it but painting brilliantly too- awesome!
It actually puts me in mind of Bill Hearn's work from ages ago
