I rarely if ever use oils anymore Kev. Acrylics are my medium of choice and always with acrylic inks. I have just started playing with acrylic gouache and have used these paints mixed with standard hobby and artist acrylics to good effect.Still lots of extra painting to do on Gerard and I plan on dirtying him up a bit. Thanks

Really is coming to life, a very naturalistic paint job. I like what you've done with the sash as I suspect the real thing was silk.
