Hi Guys,

Here's another small vignette I did a few yrs back and I really liked the composure of this figure. This was my first full figure with oils only for a finish and my first attempt at a 5 O-clock shadow. I believe this was my second attempt at oils only after leaving the world of enamels. Also my second project on light colored uniforms, not bad I recon.

I have this on my desk top and the wife always says he's so handsome, and I keep reminding her he's only 4.5" tall, HA! I know some of the colors are not too accurate, (gas rag, etc.), but I really didn't do the required research like I should have, but I am happy with the results. Hope you enjoy.

Thx for the compliments guys, glad you like it. I hope yall don't mind me parading my older stuff until I get back to my Afghan dio. Been really busy lately and intend to get back to the bunker for some paint. I'll be posting in the Vbench pretty soon so yall can see what's been in the works lately. All the figures are 120mm of course.

Thx Guys, I really appreciate the compliments. Marc, beautiful work on your site. Bingo, friggin incredible curio cabinets you have there and the figures are stellar, exceeelnt doesn't say enough. I built a cabinet specifically for my work, guess I'll be building another in the not too distant future since my forte' is Large Scale Figures too.

I see I've come to the right site for painting figures. I can learn a lot from you guys. Gotta love it!
