I corrected an anatomical mistake - shoulder widths were unequal - opened the eyes up a bit more, added a bit more "pucker" lines to the sides of the mouth and thoroughly cleaned up the bust.

I was really flattered when Ulrich Puchala contacted me to critique this bust. He liked it but thought the Feldrock should show six buttons, not five. So...OK then. Six buttons it is! Thanks for the tip, Ulrich!

To take these photos, I tilted the bust at the top a little toward the camera so some of the proportions might be a little irregular looking. As part of the sculpting process, I applied a little brown paint to be able to see all the facial features and apparently a bit of it didn't come off.

Ulrich recommended Dan Capuano to paint the bust and, I'm pleased to say, he's graciously agreed.
