Hey guys,

I am doing a slight conversion of a Time Machine zouave. I did this figure sometime back and enjoyed it. I am making this one into a 146th. I think the colors will be a nice change. :) I found this head in the spare parts, I am not sure who did it, it was sculpted ok? JUST KIDDING!!! It is the nice one that Gordy sculpted for the pirates and thought he should look good for this figure. I should have more pictures soon of the figure with paint on it.

Joe, like everyone else, I too like the new head. It adds your own personal touch. As I said, I also like the movement and direction he has. Lookin forward to seeing the paint go on him. Too bad I can't watch it in person :( .

Joe, I think the head you're using not only looks better than the one for the kit, it really improves the overall look of the kit.

This is the link to an article on an original 146th uniform that I suggested to Joe for a painting guide. It's also great for those thinking of sculpting a figure from this regiment.~Gary

Joe that's going to be a great looking figure. Gary, thanks for the link. I really like that uniform. Guess I'll have to paint one now.

Nice one Joe...that head and the extra work on the facial hair makes the figure look more determined and purposeful..

Gary...that is a great link...Thank You...absolutely nothing left to the imagination.

All the best.

Roy.

Thanks guys for the kind words. I had hoped to have this guy finished sooner but a few family things came up so I do have him finished now and I hope that it came out ok.

Thanks,

Joe
