Hi All,
Firstly I would like to say a massive public thank you to my friend Ron Clark - a.k.a. kagemusha for doing this piece. Ron is a very talented modeller as you know and he has not only done himself proud but also done me proud and has brought Dimitry's wonderful sculpt to life. I know Ron has had a lot on his plate as of late and still managed to fit this one in. Thank you mate.

So here is the first finished version of my ANZAC Roo.

Bravo Ron, I love what you have done.(y)

cheers
Richie

Great job 'Ronaldo', .. I imagine that this was not as simple as it looks! ..Call it, 'Gut-Feeling'.

Nice whisker's touch. Very subtle and subdued tones on the cloth! .. Excellent work.

High Regards,

Mark.

He's kinda cool even if we don't have Roos here abouts.
Hope to see a KIWI at some stage please........hint hint.

Cheers

Chris

Well said Richie,I know Ron myself and he's a great modeller and always very helpful,Ron has done a beautiful job on this, great work Ron :)

Many thanks to you all for your kind words....it really does mean a lot to me :)

Richie I apologise for the delay in getting him done mate...especially as you entrusted me with one of the very first casts from Steve....a great little piece from Dimitri...and superb casting from Steve...and deserves to do well for you (y)

Cheers for that Brian...but...if there is a great modeller on here....it's certainly you mate :wideyed:

Best to you all

Ron

Hi Ron,
No need to apologise mate, it was worth the wait I assure you. Mark is right, there is a lot more work in this piece and not as simple as it looks. I just keep looking at the eyes, they are so life like.

I'll probably get it for posting this, but who cares, he is now on the other side of the world and a verbal lashing I can take. We could have a caption competition on this one!

What I want to know, which one is the Roo and why has the one on the right got a startled look on it's face!
cheers
Richie
