I love the simple but strong emotion that comes out from this old bust.

Whoa, Jean Paul:

I think I recognize your avatar as Tiger from the Winnie the Poo books. . .
But on to the topic at hand. . . This is just a beautifully rendered bust. And
the photographs really convey the mood. And as I see it, that isn't so easy to
do. Looking at this beautiful bust reminds me of an old saying . . . Simple is
good. . . . but simple does not mean easy. . .

Well done, very impressive. I also love the base, and that high relief incon
that draws the attention of the eye, but not so much as to overpower the
dominance of that striking and eyecatching figure bust. Whoa. . . I hope I
love long enough to get there. . . sigh!! (y)(y)(y)

Beautiful Paint

Hi Jean,

Mr.Musician you've done a "hell" of a job on this guy(y)
Congratulations:)

Thx you all for the kind words. It really helps to keep motivation to go on :)

Kansas Kid : the tiger is Hobbes dancing, from Calvin & Hobbes. I also have Calvin dancing Gif that I use in some other forums.

Great painting on a classic bust. I love all of these old Metal Models gems from Saez in this line. Thanks for sharing..

Metal Models FFL Bust

Jean Paul, Excellent job on the Metal Models bust. As Matt pointed out truly a great bust for painters. You did a super job on it as well. Would love to see Metal Models do some more busts in this scale!
