1944 Dot Pattern Colors

If you check out Calvin Tan's excellent book on Modelling Waffen SS figures he has his own variation of the 44 pattern, and superbly interpreted as well..

Basically he has 5 base colours but uses several other colours to get the mix so to speak, you also might want to check out his website, as there will be samples there I'm sure you'd find exiting.....
