Hello!

As written in the topic is have to questions:

Is there a way to say if this warriors set is 1000% original or a counterfeit? This kit is sealed with a plastic film like kirin figures. But I heard that in the past one recaster even boxes copied. But I cant open / deseal it.

And the second question:
What is this Warriors figure worth? Its 100% new and still "sealed".

Not sure, with your first question.. It would need to be compared to a confirmed original boxed set...
As for your second question... Its worth only what someone is prepared to pay....

I for once bought a Warriors kit with box from Ukraine. While the box and decals were without any doubt original the contents of the kit inside were without any doubt poor recasts. The plastic seal of the first kit already indicates that something is wrong and you can only be sure after you examined the parts inside. The second kit is the last sculpt of my friend Christoph Bail that became commercially available before Christoph stopped sculpting due to health issues. As said it is worth what people are willing to pay. If my Info is correct the masters of many Warrior kits have found a new owner who has plans to re-release these kits. I can recommend this kit - a simple study of a NCO from a contemporary picture. Cheers Martin

Correct - the second kit is S&T products. So it has the OOP-value for some collectors.

There is no such things as OOPS value for those kind of figurines kits, not like for plastic kits ( Aurora, Airfix etc ... ) Or painted figurines ( Toy Soldiers ) They are no argus for this kind of stuff
Personally for the S&T ( closed in 2012 ) I would pay 10€ , just because it seems a nice sculpt and if it's delivered inside EU, no custom and low postage rate .
And .... on second thought, NO, it will just end in my grey army as so many others
It is not a rare item, it's just a german WWII as produced by hundreds of other suppliers in all scale . Perhaps there is somewhere 1 or 2 guys among the 10.000 who read this post who are looking desperatly for this particular one . If he read this, I'm sure he will send you a proposal .
I have seen your other posts ... just try to sell via ebay at a high price with an opening to any proposal .

It's not me who is selling the kit - your post is just another proof that the value is in the eye of the beholder. I own a copy of this kit and can just recommend it's overall quality in respect of sculpting and close representation of the original person.

Hi Patrick,
as already explained these older and oop figure kits are only worth what someone agrees to pay, often the sculpt,pose etc. does not compare to todays standards and that is why lots of the newbies dont even give em a second look.Sometimes due to the box art,as nowadays even that surpasses what once was the standard.
I will be selling older figure kits again at Kulmbach in 4 weeks and have normal prices for kits which were in their days considered the cream of sculpting and casting quality (Almond,Poste Militaire , Verlinden etc.) For example Almond 90mm at35 euros and even so I still expect to arrive back home with loads of unsold "rarities" but hey...who cares?? I have enough room in my cupboards .

I only asked for the price of the s&t figure because when I want to sell it here I need price because of the marketplace rules. -> normally S&T Figures are about +-50€ but for this one nearly no known sells for a pricedirection are available..... and its very rare

The question for the Uboot Set was only for original or recast. -> for all interested people: I desealed it with the seller and the ok from the buyer and it was an original kit (sadly the cannonbarrel resin or cnc made was completely missing).
So yes even the bigger sets came sealed in a plastic film. -> one of the links features the pictures from a seller from ukraine/germany/russia who sells recasts with boxes. And not all people want to pay for worthpoint for example.

About the soldier that served as the template for the sculpt: All I know is that he should have been a corporal (SS Unterscharführer) in the role of the mastersergeant (Kompaniefeldwebel / SS Stabsscharführer diensttuer) - therefore he fixed the corporal`s lace around his cuffs. His unit should be the 17th SS Panzergrenadierdivision "Götz von Berlichingen".

Of course - war is hell - as you said "partisan actions": IMHO equal to cold blooded murder in civilian disguise - at that time and today regarded as a crime that invited retaliation which was a goal of the partisans as they cowardly hid away - the only difference is that todays insurgents are not regarded as the good guys because they did not win the war. Back to the hobby...

IMHO . Every soldier attacking any country, kills civilians ( collateral damages ) admitted . Killing any soldier in uniform on your ground is fair game . Killing willingly civilians is plain murder, barbarism . During the last century . Facist soldiers and communist soldiers attacking any countries, killed knowingly civilians to instore "terror", directly from the beginning, they even begon doing that first in their own country . A terrorist kill other civilians, preferably woman and children, to submit them by terror .
Making a figurines of "SS Underkartofflefuhrer J Krussgod" is bad taste .

I had the Waffen SS Tanker with Jack figure from Warriors as well sealed in a plastic seal. The white paperboxes from the Berlin Sewer Set came only sealed with a tape when I remember right.
