Nice work that came out really well. I'm impressed that you went with oils on such a small figure. Danilo Cartacci's book is a favorite one that I constantly return to. For future figures of this size, take a look at using washes for both the results and the speed. Base coat with acrylics, use a wash to give it depth and dry brush for the highlights.
