These old Mike French figures are still a pleasure to paint along with all of David Grieves Napolionic sculpts.....Richie on here is re releasing the old Zulu range so the opportunity to stock up on these figures is now here...you’ve made a cracking job of this one by the way Bob
Wonderful and wonderful paintwork again

Mobo
Super looking piece of work Bob. Just proves once again acrylics have their place when you know how to use them....By the way...are you O.K.?.....you look a bit older in your avatar but in a smarter more mature way.:)

Wayne
awesome work
Very interesting subject and definitely a beutifully painted piece.

Oda.

Thank you all for the great coments, pure pleasure to paint this one.
Oda Thank you my friend.

Fantastic finish Bob. The close up of the buckles also shows off some really sharp line work on the trouser stripes. Might have to invest in one of these.

Cheer's Neal, I have said this before, the detail, pose and look are 100%. This stands up to today's mini's.
Thanks again for the great comment. (y)

A beautiful classic Bob! Definitely one of your best and certainly comparable to many of the current releases. (y)(y)(y)

Ken, glad you like him, I enjoyed it and being 120mm good for my eye's but I enjoy 54mm.
As you say it stands it's own on today's standards.

Francisco, glad I could help.
