Romain, Great job on the sculpt. The painting is really nice. What did you use to paint the armor? The standard is very nice too.~Gary

I use only boltgun metal and mithril silver ( games workshop paint ) black for shadows and a lot of differents washes of brown , purple red , blue ...

I love it Romain! Specially yhe little sculpted details ;)

It´s for single category this year in the french GD, isn´t it? I hope that you win a demon with it!

Cheers,

Fernando.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

If that doesn't win you a demon, I don't know what will!

Can you give a breif instruction on how to paint the armor?

Superb work Romain.

I saw the in progress sculpting pics on Creafigs and it's just beautiful. Your painting is sublime.

Best of luck for GD! I hope it's recognised!

Simply astonishing. There's hardly any indication as to the scale of that model- it looks way larger than 30mm and thats the mark of an incredible modeller and painter in my opinion.

excellent piece of art....congrats ..can anyone link me the progress sculpting photos of this?
TIA

It have had a big in progress topic on creafigs but with the time I have moved the pictures because I have no place in my creafig's gallery

Hi Romain,

I remember this one! I'm glad to see it finished, it's really nice! I love the retro/steampunk/medieval look going on, there :)

The groundwork is great and compliments the figure really well.

As Stephen says: It could be 54mm high, we couldn't tell (y) A really neat job!

Cheers,

Patrick

Well i really admiresomuchwork on a smaller scale. Your metals look fantastic andi alsolikethe base of it. Standard is an artistic touchalso. Nicework my friend
