I was thinking about the firefight between the French and British guards...... I think.

It was one of the most important battles of the 7 Year's war.
Thanks to the Marshal de Saxe (french service) and his brillian manoevres the battle was won, but for the most of the period the British under Marlborough were victors.
I really like this image of the battle, showing some sort of reverence brmetween the the oppossing armies.
