Superior BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA Crap
Rang of insrtions Mr Nap
If I was to self rate I would be right of Crap

Looks great Daniel
Fine brush work.
I know what you mean about the similar colours on camera
What I try is to base the two shades differently, For white maybe raw umber or yellow ochre for the vest and blue or pays grey for the coat. This should give a creamy vest and ice blue jacket. You can of course use two whites too.
But it looks good as it is my friend.
Keith

That is a great Idea Keith, generally for the french coats i go on the warm whites, i bought one made out of the same material and they arena cremier white.
As for the vest, i tend to go on the cold side, gaiters in between both.
Crazy but i think it works.
Mind that this is for the small scale figures, i use a different approach on 54mm.
Cheers

Hahaha, you are lucky he lives acrooss the pond in la Belle France, otherwise i could see a medieval joust between you two.
;-)

Love the whites.Takes a very brave and foolhardy soldier to wear whites in combat.Blood shows immediately and the contrast is striking.A whole battlefield strewn with the corpses of white clad men is too shockingly gruesome and it can destroy the morale of whoever is beholding it.That of course has nothing to do with you and your continuing saga of early American history. As amazed as each time I glimpse at your work I can only take my hat off before your vision, determination and talent.

Oda.
