Hello all.
For some scratchbuilding ideas I have for next year, I'm after sourcing the following.
54mm scale British Army pith helmets and Martini Henry rifles. Or similar.
Basically, I'm a wimp and don't fancy scratchbuilding either. Other stuff I will have a go at - I just don't fancy those.
I tried the eBay route and only found toy soldiers - and very crude they are too.
Any help is apreciated.

Hello Ritchie, I'm only talking handfuls really. I've managed to source some rifles now thanks to Colorado Miniatures.
It's the British Army foreign service helmets or pith helmets that are proving very difficult. I've managed to get some toy plastic soldiers on eBay. Very crude of course, but the basic shape is there and I don't mind enhancing it with greenstuff.
It's just to see how I can perhaps get along with it, something I've got planned for next year.
thanks again
