75mm ***** heads

Does anybody know of a spare head in roughly 75mm scale of an African male ?

I've searched and have had no joy.

Failing that, can anybody suggest any scultping tips so I can get the putty out and sculpt African features onto a Caucasian face?

Any help greatly appreciated as ever.

The only black head I am aware of is included in the Preiser 1/24 mannikin set.

I have a 75mm head with my South Carolina figure by Pete Morton, will need to remove the hat though.
