I was gifted this figure quite a while back and recently got a start on it. The helmet and head are only blue tacked on at the moment.

Hi Warren, I hate bases so I was planning on just a boring basic flat base. It came with a base which doesn’t look too good to me but maybe if I paint it it might look usable. I’ll have to really think about it.

This figure is still available at Historex Agents (listed as 'Z1', i.e. 'Discontinued').
The company is DOG TAG.
I don't know the association with Miniature Alliance.
Perhaps there was a transfer of ownership.
If you go to the Historex site (https://www.historexagents.com/), click on 'FIND', and enter the product code 'WC90/11', it will pop up.

It’s also odd that the picture on the box is nothing like the figure inside and nor is the base. This is the two part base included.
