A big Thank You

Just before close of play on Saturday at Euro, I brought a 120mm figure from Stu at Stormtroopers.
When I opened it on Sunday morning, there was a small piece missing. Dropped an e-mail to Stu but didn't expect to hear anything until well after Euro. A couple of hours later he replied to say very sorry, and that he would get it in the post ASAP, and let me know when it was sent.
Superb after sales service from a really nice guy.

Cheers Ron! ... that is a great piece of knowledge to know! .. After sales Service/Contact, is, 'IMHO', as just as important, as the Initial sale. .... So, I tip my cap to, Stuart! .. and his thoughtfulness. As, I was looking at the 'Coldstream Guard', piece. this may well be the decider!.. Ohh Mercy me! ..
