Still trying to figure out how you manage to paint individual hairs on this grey horse with oil paint especially in this scale :)
It looks like the only way to get a real realistic finish on this horse colour as that is how a grey occurs " mix of black and white hair "

Hope you share the secret Paul :)

Ron

Hello Ron. I am actually using 3 different greys and the transitions result from the increase in the number of light grey hairs in a drak grey area.

I got your PM and will answer to you tonight.

Still not finished...

Looks awesome...
Between the dapples and the fur itself, you sir, must have the patience of a saint :notworthy:

Fabulous job so far... can't wait to see the whole thing come together

Colin

There an imbalance between front and rear that I am not 100% happy with, but let's see how it goes after installing the chasse-mouches et doing some final touch up work.

Very nicely done dappling. Greys can be anything from almost white to deep grey with minimal to extensive dappling. The shabraque looks good too.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to one and all.

Mike

Wow that's a great job so far I've come late to it and was knocked out by the whole thing well done,

Ian

:woot: GREAT !!!
The grey horse is far more better than the brown one

Congrats for the wires ! You use cyano to fix them (Gel or liquid ?)
