Hi you all,

Here I am again... Showing you my second vignette... I know... I'm going slow...
These pics are from a while ago.
The base is almost finished... It needs only some more mud. The coat and trousers need to be redone with mud... It doesn't look and certainly doesn't feel natural.
With this figure I found out that the green color's really mine... It went so easly... The white is something else

Now I'm still busy at the head. It went several times into the cleaner.

All your comments and help for the mud would be welcome!

Cheers Wesley

Hola Wesley!

I think the base is spot on! Perhaps add some sheen to the mud parts with Klear (future).

As for the figure, maybe try some pastells for the mud instead of painting it on, it will give it a great authentic look.

Keep it up!

I agree!! That is the best modeled snow I have ever seen! What is your technique?

Regards

Dave

Hi folks!

Sorry for the long waiting of my reply.

First of all: thx for the compliments!!!
Second: the answer to your general question.
The snow is made with Andrea snow. Easy to use and a realistic look. I did not had to use much to get this.

The vignette is done now, but I don't have pics. In a couple of days I will have some. After IPMS Gent. This is my first time I compete in figurepainting. I'm looking forward for the comments of the jury, so I can improve my skills.

Cheers
Wesley
