I would like to give a HUGE Shout OUT!!! and Thank You to Alex of Castle Miniatures I had posted loins for weapons used by the mahadist in the Sudan war. Wasn't having any luck. I got an e-mail from Alex asking what I was looking for and perhaps he could help. I -mailed him and told him what I was thinking and looking for and he went above and beyond the call for me. plus Henry martini Rifle too. Now I can sit down and really start to plan my Camel Corp Vignette. He is a great person and it was very kind of him to do this. I just thought people should know how truly nice and great he is. Excellent service indeed and kit producers who underestimate the importance of customer support gestures such as this, they will never realise how many future goodwill sales made by painters with long memories they eventually miss out on. Good to hear of such excellent service from Alex and thanks for sharing the experience.
