Evening all
I've got around to finishing up this pair started earlier this year (There were 3 originally, but I've discarded one) They are the 75mm FeR figures and I've chosen to represent Sir William Crosse and Richard Lord Scrope after some debate with myself
The English set out heading for friendly Calais from Harfleur on the 8th October with about a weeks food. On the 25th October after a long march in poor conditions with little food and many suffering the effects of dysentery King Henry chose to draw lines near Agincourt and fight the French.
I decided that I wanted this pair muddy, but resilient waiting for the opening salvos in the battle having already marched from the original position on the hill, down onto the churned up battlefield itself, closer to the French in order to provoke a response. Their spurs have already been removed and the stakes have been quickly replanted and now they stand catching their breath surveying the vast French formation in front of them . . .
Hope you like it
Cheers
Paul
