That's my new little one. A 54mm from Andrea Miniatures, the reference Vercigetorix. About the figure. Great modelling and casting, no problems with union parts. Is white metal. I used the ground that comes inside the box. If someone is gonna to paint it, better paint the shield and appart, glue the figure to the definitive ground, and then put first the shield and then the cape. The worst of the miniature is paint the face inside the helmet. Was a hell.
My goal here was to obtain nocturnal colours. I used complementary colours in all the mixes to give the "grey finish" of the night, and glaces with oxford blue and purple. I'm happy with the miniature. One try before with another miniature was a collection of mistakes with a bad result, but it made me learn some things.
Now, here goes the pics of Vercingetorix looking for Caesar's romans in the night to ambush and kill. This time photos are worse than my others works, but i can't take better ones. Sorry.
