Hi Martin,

Welcome to the forum. You apper to be a very talented modeler. Just curious, where did you get the inspriation for your subject matter?

Hi Paul,
thanks for greetings. The inspiration was a picture of a carnival costume, that showes this police men. I found it very funny, then I tried to model it only in such a way to the fun.

@ Gary that is a good idea. But he will wear a pistol in his left hand. I try to put a empty box of dognut on the ground.

best wishes,

Kind of a pity that one of the caricatures of Policemen is guys like the figure. I certainly won't deny they exist. Maybe more so in some communities in the US than others.

Personally I have the greatest respect for most of the local cops and railroad cops I've met. They do a pretty thankless job for comparatively little pay.

Martin - Welcome to the planet! Please don't take the above as criticism of your caricature. It is superb and I look forward to seeing it completed!

All the best,
Dan

I know the next time I steal a doughnut from someones stash i'ts gonna be this guys! Great sculpt, and welcome to the Planet!

Aww man, i was excited about finally finding a figure of a modern police officer and he's freaken huge  , that's not fair, the majority of us are in good shape :). the whole "fat cop donut thing" ended a while ago, i know on my department most of us are fit. Dont get me wrong though, this is a great figure and if it became commercially available i would buy it in a heartbeat to paint and put on my desk at work. Great job!

Hello of friends, thank you for the radix complements. I wanted merrily over policemen to however never make myself, since I know, what for a arduous job it to make. I have simply fun at the conversion of the miniature. And here are the next pictures.

Kellerkind, please dont misunderstand me, i love the figure and i know its all in good fun. Youve done a great job and i cant wait to see this finished. Any chance it will be available as a kit?

Dave, Kellerkind told me it will be hopefully available next year (I REALLY hope so, I LOVE that figure because it is a Policeman, AND he has a figure seldomly portraied in a figrure available!)) I have so many sets where I can put him in, and it does not matter, if he holds a gun in his hand or if he is wielding a Doughnut!

For me, this Figure is a definite MUST HAVE!!

Frank

PS. But it could be great to offer some Cops of different states in, how to say? a more fitter shape...!

I too being an ex-police officer know of some old timeres like this but not many of the newer ones, but putting that aside I think you should take off all the police gear and have him pointing to the sky and saying: One of theses days Alice...to the MOON!!" Really has the look of Jackie Gleason from the Hooneymooners.

BTW welcome to the planet and I look foreward to seeing more of your work here.

Joe

Hey Joe,
I thought the same thing.....that's Ralph Kramden dancing the huckle-buck! Bang zoom!

looking really good but one thing really needs to be done on this guy, make sure to have him with low quaters/shoes and white socks!

Joe

I LOVE this figure!! When you release him, I will post him in a RESIDENT EVIL or Romeroesque Zombie Setting. Definitly, this guy is top notch!! And he needs a shotgun!
