Another new face!

Hello all, I'm RJ from the Netherlands. I've been lurking on these forums for quite some time now and decided it's time for me to contribute. I picked up modelling again about a year ago after losing interest as a teenager, something that might sound familiar to some of you

My main interests are the Spanish Civil War, Fallschirmjäger, K-Verbanden (German midget subs) and the Dutch Armed Forces between 1939 to 1949. All this in scales 1/35 and 1/6. I've done a couple of 1/35 figures which start to turn out pretty well, but I lost myself recently in painting 1/6 headsculpts. I will start a thread about them soon!

Two headsculps I'm working on at the moment. The one on the left is not quite done yet, the one on the right is 99% completed. The heads are beautifully sculpted in 1/6 by Tony Barton and are a real thrill to paint! The helmets are from Dragon and DiD.
