I'm a bit frustrated. I've emailed them directly many times due to the fact that a bust I purchased was apparently missing the small photo etch details fret. I can't even get any response from them to know if my emails are even getting through.

Any suggestions?

Steve, be patient bro!! I had the same problem several months ago and it took a while for them to get back to me. Being in Korea and the language difference there is always a delay but they did answer me and dispatched my defective part right out. Hope this helped!
 
Yes I agree, be patient. I had cause to contact Youngs to buy a bust and he was very quick to reply that he could send me on direct if I wished but that if I got in touch with SK Miniatures they would have one and it would save me money,
you can;t say fairer than that. Have to agree that the language difference makes for some interesting emails!!
 
Okay gang...I'll wait longer (not much else I can do), but it has been over a number of months without any sign of life.
I'll hold fast as best I can.

Hi all!
I'd like extend a "Thank You" to Young and the Young miniatures team. After they were made aware of the issue they were in contact with and promptly worked the issues out. In fact, the missing etch arrived today. I applaud their follow-through. I will continue to recommend and purchase their kits with confidence.

I just feel a company deserves the praise when doing good too.

I was missing a part from a bust, I contacted Young. I received a reply and an apology for the delay in the response, but this was due to their work commitments. I received the part to day, not bad, just over a week.
