I've also noticed these on ebay. If they are recasts I don't recognise the originals they might have been taken from. The seller of these has been selling a large number of figures over a long period of time, many of which date back into the 1970's/80's. If they are 150mm in size then that is itself pretty unusual.
I would guess that they aren't recasts but maybe are from a fairly unusual source.

I also noticed these, over the years some unusual scales have been produced often for the Tourist Market, Museums, etc. I did buy some pieces from this guy about 3 years ago about 6, 54mm Mounted Napoleonics they were so bad that I suspected they were recasts and sold them on. He has a great trick of having a kit with no paperwork then listing it with a picture from a different source.
