Another great character to sculpt.
I search for pictures about here. I can see that you are allready hit the nail.....but I think ( I ) that here cheeks are to spherical.
I know it is in a early stage, but I've seen you in the past destroying very good sculpts .

Good job so far Rene. She is also one of my favorites actresses - two of my all time favorite movies are "Amelie" and "A Very Long Engagement" (the title is different in French of course). Will watch your progress with great interest.

Are you going to commercialize it? There are so few good female busts, this one would be a striking novel!

it's all about passion and anatomics Blue Thunder, when there's a meltdown between those two aspects you can sculpt anybody
scale grew somewhat larger then intended, it's about 1/4 now. A scale I like to keep in sculpting characters.
Fact that I am not commercially at the moment is due to my fine daytime job. What you get from me is the result of some relaxed evenings or mornings to straighten out some things that happened in life.
maybe in nearby future I will consider some commercial busts, but for the moment it would hinder me in the process.
sometimes I make my garagecast of which I'm proud for not having the best equipment as they sometimes seem perfect enough, and hand it over to some fine painters. It's just for fun and contemplation.
In Holland we say 'I am limping on two thoughts' , meaning I like to sculpt the funny Amélie bust, known from the movie where she is quite young, or a more grown up version as in the 'Da Vincy Code'
perhaps I can sort them out seperately by casting the head and try out her fabulous different haircuts.
