Thanks very much Ulrich. I actually think the horse was the easiest part of this to paint. I really struggled with the green, more practice required with greens I think, I'll have to have a look in the grey army for a suitable candidate to practice on.

Good result Roger in such a small figure. I like a lot the transitions and shadowing all over, especially in the horse, warm and nice tones.

Thanks very much Thomas. I seem to have a lot of Bavarians, maybe it's time for some Northern Germans.

Maybe some danish Soldiers from the war of 1864? Rieger has some very nice flats of this time.
Got some flat Samurai and Madras Infantry to my Birthday, think the japs will be my next paint job.
