Love your Penguin mate!
Black is a very difficult colour to do well in large scale (or any scale for that matter) and you've done very well on this figure. The decorative patterns on the waistcoat are very neat and the face is full of villianous mishief. My only criticism (constructive ) is to suggest that the lapels on the suit are too shiny, and could perhaps be dulled down with Dullcoat to create a silky sheen , rather than a shine .
Other than that, I like it . Well done.
