Well, it is now complete and the pics have been sent to Gra for him to choose which ones to use, so when i hear back from him i will post them.

Final pics of this bust as it's now complete and just spoke to Gra and he's happy with the way it's turned out. So fingers crossed he will have it back in production in the near future.
Just need to get in touch with Name It plates for an appropriate name plate now.



Tried some different colour backgrounds while i was at it.
As usuall folks all c+c's welcome. Time to raid the grey army to see what i will do next.

Can I just say Barrie, outstanding, you have fully done this justice, it is superb and your SBS have inspired me. The tartan is perfect and fits within the style perfectly, as you know I am an oils.

Been folowing this with happiness , this is a classic IMO , one I did when it originally came out , lovely to work on and a great subject .

Really like what you have done , love the eyes and the painting overall ..you have brought him to life ...great work on the medals as well as the tartan .
