Hi again Carl!
Did you gonna leave the eyes like in this pic?
Sorry to use your pic...
I ask you this because I have here a 1:35 figure that I´m working right now and after the primer, I dont see space to paint the eyes and I though leave them black like your pic, dont now if is correct "technically / artistically" speaking in 1:35 figures?

Following.

Cheers and thanks,
Pedro.

Martin glad you like it thanks ! Hopefully turn out as nice as yours on the box ; )

Pedro hi mate,I allways paint 35th scale eyes black first normally, once dry I then add the whites ... Even if it is just a small amount showing in the corner I think it looks better, especially when the images are viewed so large on forums and in magazines.

I have finished the face and eyes now so will update very soon. ; )

Dareen thanks buddy ! : )

Carlos

No worrys Pedro !

Hi,another few sessions and another update ....

Ok how do I add an image now ?!

As you can see I have added a section of fence, and basecoated the mud.

A little more work on the face and helmet cover, also the tarp on the 251 has been started... The tracks of the halftrack are also basecoated and the track pads are complete.

What do you gents think to snow going down on the groundwork ? I kinda' like the idea of lighter patchs of dry which ive added and then work in some damp and wet areas ... thinking would it look to dark all that groundwork or would it set the 251 and figure off nicely which dark groundwork can ? or maybe work in some melting snow to break it up a bit ?

Thanks for looking and the comments (y)

Carlos

Looks superb Carl.

I think a very light sprinkling of snow would give it a colder feel and maybe add a puddle of ice/water but either way the scene works nicely.

Thanks for the feadback David appreciate it bud (y) I have added damp and wet areas to the groundwork now,but think your right it needs some snow
