To all members and even visitors to this site who reside in London and may have been affected, even in a small way, my thoughts and prayers are with you. May God keep and comfort you all.
Latest news is, that unfortunately the toll is 37, and over 700 injured.
I have to say that, I was very lucky to have gone through Liverpool St. station at 8.00 this morning, I could hear all that was going on, from my place of work. All the helicopters flying around and the ambulances and fire engines buzzing about, not realising what was going on. I then got calls from all my family asking if all was ok....
My thoughts and prayers are with you all in London and in all of England at this time. Heartfelt condonlences to those who lost loved ones, and prayers for a full and speedy recovery for all the injured. May those who did this be brought to swift and full justice.
My thoughts and sympathy are with all the good, gentle people I have met, and became friends with, in England... I hope you and your loved ones are all OK, guys...
... I feel like shouting right now... I don't understand this ... What is it good for, why do good, innocent people have to die for the insanity that lives in the warped, sick minds of a few rotten scoundrels ???
What are these guys hoping for?? It doesn't make sense. Killing and wounded innocent people who has nothing to do with the war that those crazy people are fighting.
I hope that everybody who i know is in good health and shape also your lovely ones.
I only just heard the news today, having been delayed by the airlines on my way home to Singapore. My deepest condolences to ALL the victims and their families in London. Rob,my friend,I'm REALLY glad to read that you managed to escape the bombing by a day. Thank God for that ! May the Good Lord watch over the people of England (and all English pF members) during this tragic occasion and give them strength to carry on !
With Deepest Sympathy,
Kenneth
What puny-minded swine offal these killers must be to think they can even begin to cow this brave, mighty and life-loving people by their cowardly acts. London, city of grace and brilliance, tonight you're on my mind and in my prayers.
