Tai chi Chuan, Don Rough translation "Ultimate fist" mainly watered down these days to Yang 24 style and used as meditation with movement to exercise the Chinese masses and taught in their universities as part of the curriculum under the guise of Wushu.

But if you were lucky enough like me to train in the old Wu style and under the watchful eye of Master Chen Tin Hung then you will have something really useful at your disposal .
